How long will my appointment take?

Your first acupuncture appointment will be 1 hour and 15 minutes. Please arrive about 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Every appointment after the first one will be 1 hour.  Labor stimulation treatments are 1 hour and 30 minutes. Family treatments for 2-3 members are 1 hour and 15 minutes (Family treatments are available for returning clients only). Cupping only treatments are 30 minutes. Reiki treatments are either 30 minutes, or 1 hour.

How should I dress for my appointment?

Wear comfortable and loose clothing, with easy access to arms below the elbows, and legs below the knees.

Do you take insurance?

We do not contract with insurance companies. Some insurance groups will reimburse you for acupuncture. Upon request, we can provide you with a Super Bill that contains all the coding information you need to file a claim. You will need to fill out a form for each visit. You can find forms for this on your insurance website.

Acupuncture is tax deductible. Keep your receipts.

Do you take Medicare or Medicaid?

Medicare or Medicaid do not cover acupuncture for anyone in the state of Colorado at this time.

Do you take Tri-Care?

Tri-Care does not cover acupuncture for anyone outside of a military medical facility.

Can I pay with my medical savings account?

Yes you can, in most cases.

Do you accept checks?

We gladly accept all major credit cards, including American Express, and cash. We do not accept checks.
